PAYMENT OF ENTRIES: Payment for all entries are now due BEFORE the show. You will have 2 options to make your payment—PayPal or money order (money order only if you submit your entries at least a week before the deadline—mail to AFRMA, 9230 64th Street, Riverside, CA 92509-5924). Payment must be received by the deadline.

PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND SCHEDULE!! Even though we health check all animals, please be
aware you are showing at your own risk. Quarantine your animals after the show for a minimum of
2 weeks to 2 months!

In making this entry, I do hereby release any and all persons connected with AFRMA, this show,
grounds, or premises, from any and all responsibility, liability, illness, or damages to myself,
animals, or equipment.
