Did you know rodents have teeth that never stop growing, just like your fingernails and hair? That’s right, if they didn’t chew on hard objects, or grind their teeth together, their teeth would just keep on growing. If not ground down, eventually the teeth would get so long that they would grow right into the rodent’s skull!
