The Mini igloo is 6″L x 7.75″W x 4.5″H. This size works for several mice. I use it in cages with 3–5 females.

The Large pet igloo for rats (12″L x 10.5″W x 6.25″H) I find I can’t put with female rats or they chew it to pieces in no time because it is made out of soft plastic. I find the mice will chew theirs as well but they haven’t destroyed any like the rats would.

Being made of plastic they are easy to wash each week but depending on how much your pet chews, will determine how long they last.

These are easily found in most pet shops, feed stores, and online. The cheapest prices online that I could find range from $1.82 for the Itty Bitty to $3.49 for the Large, so shop around to get the best price since these will be chewed by our rodent friends.
